    This looks amazing! I love the idea of using croissants instead of french bread or brioche too. If I ever find some gluten free croissants, I will definitely be coming back to this one!

    Ok…I LOVE both blueberries and croissants. This is the perfect weekend brunch idea. Easy and totally delicious…who needs to go out for brunch when you can make this at home.

    Wow your breakfast bake reminds me a lot of pain perdu in france (french toast). I can imagine having this even as an afternoon dessert, as it would be almost too heavy and sweet for breakfast in a hot climate. Thanks for sharing! 🙂
